We have created Smile Ops to give our veterans a reason to smile by providing $50,000 worth of complimentary dental care to qualified veterans in Essex County.


If you or someone you know has served or is serving in the military, and they live in Essex County, they may qualify for the Dental Relief Program. The program will begin on May 28th 2018, Memorial Day and continue until all of the $50,000 has been utilized.

Please fill out the form on this page and submit the information to Smile Ops. Someone from our office will respond to set up a time for a brief phone consultation to determine if you or the veteran you recommend are eligible to qualify for this program.
